Exploring the volcano without too much effort? Yes, you can! Take a 4WD Jeep tour and explore the beauty of Mt. Batur Volcano. You just need to drive up to the volcano for about 30 minutes until you arrived at the sunrise viewpoint and capture the breathtaking sunrise view from the top of your jeep! Simple breakfast is available with the selected package or you can purchase it on location.
Drive along the vegetable farms for about 30 minutes, then continued by crossing the black lava field. Your adventure begins when the wheel touches the black lava. Take a few stops for pictures and your guide will tell you the story behind the lava and how the volcano is still active today.
The next trip is to go to the black sand, which is the remains of several previous eruptions of Mount Batur. The eruption in 2000 was the last eruption of Mount Batur to date. The best view from this place is black sand and bordered by black lava on the other side of Mount Batur. The perfect place for stunning photos from your vacation.
The trip ends and you will be taken to the next place or back to your hotel.
